Oolong Tea: Semi-oxidized leaves; falls between green and black with complex flavor and aroma; more
delicate than black tea and more powerful than green. May be light and fragrant (greener oolong) or deep and
roasted (dark oolong). Key characteristic; can and should be infused many, many times, this is the only way for the tea
to reveal it's rich and complex flavors and aromas. Much variation throughout regions and styles, the subtle complexities
make oolongs the choice of the tea connoisseur. Medium caffeine which varies from greener to darker Oolongs.

Steep 1- 2 t. tea leaves in 8 oz. 190* water for 2 - 4 minutes, re-infuse 2 - 5 times
