black Tea : Fully oxidized leaves produce a hearty deep rich flavor in a richly amber to dark brown colored
    infusion.  It is the oxidation process (oxygen coming into contact with the enzymes in the tea leaf) that distinguishes
    black teas from all other teas. These are orthodox whole leaf teas and differ greatly from teas produced for tea bags.
    The soil and climate conditions that  vary from region to region contribute to the unique characteristics of each varietal.
